Centre for Research into Cancer Prevention & Screening (CRiPS)

This Centre aims to undertake research on:
  1. cancer risk awareness
  2. lifestyle modifications related to cancer development and recurrence
  3. cancer related health behaviours and health inequalities
  4. methodologies to improve early detection of cancer
  • Facilitate the translation of behavioural and screening research into policy and practice
  • Increase Public Understanding of Science related to cancerprevention and screening and gain support for cancer control policies
